Beurocrats [Or however you spell it][]
A Beurocrat has all the powers of an admin, plus they can change how the wiki looks, what is in it (like live chat) and promote users to admins. ALSO you cannot depromote a Beurocrat once they've been promoted.
An Admin can ban users, delete pages and other cool admin stuff :3
A Rollback is a normal user cept they can delete pages :D
AH do not make someone a Beurocrat unless your absolutely sure that they won't misuse teh power EVAH
